Scaled Agile, Inc. (“Scaled Agile,” “we,” “us,” “our”) is committed to meeting its obligations under
the European Union’s (“EU”) Digital Services Act (“DSA”) for those of our services that are subject
to the DSA (“Services”). This webpage explains how we comply with our DSA obligations and
provides our users with the required information.

Average Monthly Active Recipients in the EU

Under the DSA, we are required to calculate the average monthly active recipients of our Services in the EU. Our current average monthly active recipients are 60,000.

Illegal Content

Reporting form

Our reporting form allows users to notify us of potentially illegal content on our Services. For official representatives of EU Member States and Trusted Flaggers, reports are prioritized. We take all user reports seriously and endeavor to take appropriate action based on the results of our investigation.

Statements of Reasons

Whenever we restrict content or suspend an account, we will provide a clear statement of reasons to explain why the relevant action (e.g. removal, suspension) was taken and identify the use of any automated tools.

Users who repeatedly post illegal content or submit manifestly unfounded reports may have their accounts suspended.

Complaint Handling and Appeals

If you disagree with our decision, you may file a complaint within six months of receiving our notice by contacting us using the details set out in the Contact Us section.

If you remain dissatisfied after our internal process, you may use an approved out‑of‑court dispute settlement body certified by an EU Member State.

Contact Us
