EFFECTIVE: April 18, 2025<\/strong>

Purpose<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The purpose of this policy is to provide Candidates with a clear, fair, and transparent process for appealing Exam results or filing complaints related to Certification activities. Scaled Agile, Inc. (SAI) is committed to maintaining the integrity and security of SAFe\u00ae Certification credentials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Scope<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This policy applies to all Candidates taking SAFe\u00ae Certification Exams through SAI\u2019s training programs. It covers appeals related to Exam results, complaints about Exam administration, scoring, ethical concerns, or any procedural fairness in the Certification process. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Definitions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cCandidate\u201d or \u201cYou\u201d or \u201cYour\u201d means the person attempting to take an Exam. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cCertification\u201d means a specific achievement of status granted to You by SAI upon passing a particular Exam in accordance with the terms of the SAI Professional Certification Program Candidate Agreement<\/a>. A Certification is earned and held by an individual, not a corporation or other entity. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cExam\u201d means a SAFe\u00ae examination that is taken to achieve a SAFe\u00ae Certification. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cSAFe\u00ae\u201d is the acronym for the Scaled Agile Framework\u00ae methodology which is trademarked, copyrighted, and owned exclusively by SAI. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Appeals and Complaints Process<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Candidates who wish to file an exam appeal or complaint must follow the outlined process to ensure fair review and resolution. This process includes the following steps: <\/p>\n\n\n\n
