SAFe<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"border-0 has-margin-top-0 has-margin-right-0 has-margin-bottom-0 has-margin-left-0 has-padding-top-0 has-padding-right-0 has-padding-bottom-0 has-padding-left-0\">SAFe Associates must commit to integrity and quality in their SAFe delivery, engage ethically in their business relationships with SAI and their SAFe clients, and protect SAI intellectual property.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-teal-dark-color has-text-color has-margin-top-0 has-margin-right-0 has-margin-bottom-0 has-margin-left-0 has-padding-top-0 has-padding-right-0 has-padding-bottom-0 has-padding-left-0\" id=\"h-safe-service-delivery\">SAFe Service Delivery<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"border-0 has-margin-top-0 has-margin-right-0 has-margin-bottom-0 has-margin-left-0 has-padding-top-0 has-padding-right-0 has-padding-bottom-0 has-padding-left-0\">SAFe Associates who teach or consult must deliver a high quality learning experience and will therefore:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Accept the responsibility inherent in teaching and practicing SAFe.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lead with integrity and enthusiasm, emphasize teamwork, and inspire curiosity.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Help each learner realize their learning potential.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Establish mutual respect and trust with every SAFe learner and client.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Engage equally and without regard to race, color, religion, nationality, gender, age, disability, sexual orientation, or other protected class.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Establish an environment conducive to learning.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preserve the integrity of the learning and examination process.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with clients to provide the best possible SAFe solution for their needs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-teal-dark-color has-text-color has-margin-top-0 has-margin-right-0 has-margin-bottom-0 has-margin-left-0 has-padding-top-0 has-padding-right-0 has-padding-bottom-0 has-padding-left-0\" id=\"h-records-and-pricing\">Records and Pricing<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"border-0 has-margin-top-0 has-margin-right-0 has-margin-bottom-0 has-margin-left-0 has-padding-top-0 has-padding-right-0 has-padding-bottom-0 has-padding-left-0\">SAFe Associates will:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Provide complete and accurate accounting and course roster information to SAI.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Remain apprised of current SAFe course pricing guidelines and, where applicable, adhere to local pricing policies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Promptly refund registration fees for cancelled courses or SAFe engagements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-teal-dark-color has-text-color has-margin-top-0 has-margin-right-0 has-margin-bottom-0 has-margin-left-0 has-padding-top-0 has-padding-right-0 has-padding-bottom-0 has-padding-left-0\" id=\"h-delivery-of-training\">Delivery of Training<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"border-0 has-margin-top-0 has-margin-right-0 has-margin-bottom-0 has-margin-left-0 has-padding-top-0 has-padding-right-0 has-padding-bottom-0 has-padding-left-0\">SAFe Associates will follow all SAI training delivery guidelines, including but not limited to recommended class size and remote training, e.g., <a href=\"\/becoming-an-spc\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">https:\/\/sai2.wpengine.com\/becoming-an-spc\/<\/a>, <a href=\"\/remote-training-policy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">https:\/\/sai2.wpengine.com\/remote-training-policy\/<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-teal-dark-color has-text-color has-margin-top-0 has-margin-right-0 has-margin-bottom-0 has-margin-left-0 has-padding-top-0 has-padding-right-0 has-padding-bottom-0 has-padding-left-0\" id=\"h-ethics\">Ethics<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"border-0 has-margin-top-0 has-margin-right-0 has-margin-bottom-0 has-margin-left-0 has-padding-top-0 has-padding-right-0 has-padding-bottom-0 has-padding-left-0\">SAFe Associates must conduct themselves ethically in their SAFe practice and will therefore:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Be transparent, honest, and act with integrity in their business relationships with SAI and their SAFe clients.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be accountable and take responsibility for their actions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure that their representations about SAFe in any forum are professional, accurate, and not misleading.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-teal-dark-color has-text-color has-margin-top-0 has-margin-right-0 has-margin-bottom-0 has-margin-left-0 has-padding-top-0 has-padding-right-0 has-padding-bottom-0 has-padding-left-0\" id=\"h-fair-dealing\">Fair Dealing<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"border-0 has-margin-top-0 has-margin-right-0 has-margin-bottom-0 has-margin-left-0 has-padding-top-0 has-padding-right-0 has-padding-bottom-0 has-padding-left-0\">SAFe Associates must conduct business legally and fairly and will therefore:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Comply with all laws applicable to their SAFe delivery and practice, including data privacy regulations, and refrain from involvement in unethical or improper acts related to such delivery and practice.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Comply with all applicable anti-bribery and money laundering laws, including but not limited to the United States Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, the U.S. Federal Procurement Integrity Act and the U.K. Bribery Act of 2010.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Comply with all applicable antitrust and competition laws and regulations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Avoid any unfair or deceptive act or practice with SAI or their SAFe clients.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Avoid conflicts of interest that would interfere with any contractual responsibilities to SAI or their SAFe clients.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-teal-dark-color has-text-color has-margin-top-0 has-margin-right-0 has-margin-bottom-0 has-margin-left-0 has-padding-top-0 has-padding-right-0 has-padding-bottom-0 has-padding-left-0\" id=\"h-intellectual-property\">Intellectual Property<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"border-0 has-margin-top-0 has-margin-right-0 has-margin-bottom-0 has-margin-left-0 has-padding-top-0 has-padding-right-0 has-padding-bottom-0 has-padding-left-0\">SAFe Associates must safeguard SAI intellectual property and will therefore:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Protect all SAI intellectual property with the same degree of care they would exercise for their own intellectual property, but in no event less than a reasonable degree of care.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Refrain from using any SAI trademarks, logos, domain names, email address, or other social media identifiers (&#8220;SAI marks&#8221;) or copyrighted SAI material except with SAI\u2019s explicit written permission to do so.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Not register or seek to register any trademark, logo, domain name, email address, or other designation of source that incorporates SAI marks or is confusingly similar to SAI marks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Retain all SAI copyright and trademark ownership markings in SAFe materials.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-teal-dark-color has-text-color has-margin-top-0 has-margin-right-0 has-margin-bottom-0 has-margin-left-0 has-padding-top-0 has-padding-right-0 has-padding-bottom-0 has-padding-left-0\" id=\"h-violations-and-accountability\">Violations and Accountability<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"border-0 has-margin-top-0 has-margin-right-0 has-margin-bottom-0 has-margin-left-0 has-padding-top-0 has-padding-right-0 has-padding-bottom-0 has-padding-left-0\">If a SAFe Associate violates this Code of Conduct, SAI may terminate its business relationship with such SAFe Associate immediately in accordance with applicable laws and\/or contractual provisions.
